Our Office Policies

Cancellation

We make every effort to schedule appointments so that we may meet the needs of every patient while minimizing your wait time. We will call you 3 to 4 days before your appointment to confirm your arrival time. We will leave a message if that option is available for you to return our call to confirm. We do reserve the right to cancel this appointment if a verbal confirmation is not made within 24 hours of this call.

We understand that circumstances out of your control may arise and cause you to cancel your appointment. Please contact us and let us know as soon as possible so that we may reschedule you to a more convenient time.

Patients who cancel or reschedule surgery with less than twenty-four hours notice will be asked to make a deposit in order to reschedule.

Patients who do not show up for their surgery appointment will be asked to pay in full before the surgery will be rescheduled.

Patients who do not show up for their appointment two times and/or reschedule multiple times will not be rescheduled.

Cell Phone

Surgical patients are not allowed to take cell phones or any smart device beyond the waiting area.

Waiting Time

At Martin Oral & Facial Surgery, we realize your time is valuable. Every patient and their condition is unique with different needs which may require more time than planned.

We will make every effort to provide you with the highest quality care and to minimize your waiting time.  As this is a surgical practice, there may be times that a surgery may take longer than expected which may cause a delay in other appointments.

Every effort is made to adhere to our schedule but please understand due to the nature of the business this is not always possible.
