Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to schedule appointments so that we may meet the needs of every patient while minimizing your wait time. We will call you 24 to 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your appointment time.

We understand that circumstances out of your control may arise and cause you to cancel your appointment. Please contact us and let us know as soon as possible so that we may reschedule you to a more convenient time.

Patients who cancel or reschedule surgery with less than twenty-four hours notice will be asked to make a deposit in order to reschedule.

Patients who do not show up for their surgery appointment will be asked to pay in full before the surgery will be rescheduled.

Patients who do not show up for their appointment two times and/or reschedule multiple times will not be rescheduled.
